Who are they looking for?

You will play a vital role in representing and advancing the careers of our clients roster of digital influencers and content creators. Leveraging your expertise in influencer management, brand partnerships, and content strategy, you will serve as a strategic advisor and advocate for their talent, guiding them towards meaningful collaborations, creative opportunities, and long-term success in the digital landscape.

What you will be working on? - Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact and dedicated manager for a portfolio of digital influencers, building and nurturing strong relationships based on trust, communication, and collaboration.
• Understand each influencer's unique brand identity, audience demographics, and content style, and develop customized strategies and plans to support their growth and engagement across social media platforms.
• Provide ongoing support, guidance, and mentorship to influencers on content creation, audience development, brand partnerships, and monetization strategies, helping them navigate the complexities of the digital space and achieve their career objectives.
• Identify and cultivate new brand partnership opportunities, collaborations, and sponsorship deals for influencers, leveraging your network and industry insights to secure lucrative and mutually beneficial partnerships.
• Outreach to brands, agencies, and marketing partners to pitch influencer partnerships and negotiate partnership terms, contracts, and deliverables on behalf of talent, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
• Work closely with influencers to develop and optimize content strategies, formats, and distribution channels that resonate with their target audience and drive engagement, growth, and monetization opportunities.
• Analyse audience insights, content performance metrics, and platform algorithms to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in content strategy and execution.
• Collaborate with influencers to develop long-term career plans, goals, and milestones, and provide ongoing support and guidance to help them navigate their career trajectory and achieve success in the digital space.

Requirements

• Proven experience in influencer management, talent representation, or digital media roles, preferably within a talent agency or influencer marketing agency environment.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, influencer marketing trends, and best practices, with expertise in influencer identification, negotiation, and relationship management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with influencers, brands, and internal teams.
